EMC Europe, the leading EMC Symposium in Europe, will be held in Kraków, Poland, September 4-8, 2023 at the Congress Centre of the Qubus Hotel**** (explore the venue by virtual walk at wirtualnyspac3r.pl/qubus).

EMC Europe 2023, Kraków will be composed of 5-days with oral and poster presentations, workshops, tutorials, special sessions, industrial forum and technical exhibition as well as meetings and accompanying events. During the conference the IEEE EMC Society is organizing “IEEE Senior Member Elevation Event” and the IEEE EMC Society Poland Chapter is organizing “IEEE EMC Society Chapters Meeting”. September 4 and 8, 2023 are dedicated just to workshops and tutorials called EMC Marathon.
The Best Symposium Paper and Best Student Paper will be selected by the International Steering Committee and awarded by the Local Organizing Committee!.
Students who have registered and co-authored an accepted paper in EMC Europe 2023 can also on a competition basis apply for two travel grants, each ranging up to 500 Euro subject to travel reimbursement. Fore more info click here!
Technical scope
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers on their latest research results focusing on all EMC aspects listed in conference technical areas. Paper submitted for Regular Session and Special Session must be a PDF-format original contribution. Full Paper submitted for review, called preliminary full paper, must be written in English as a full paper (4 – 6 pages in length and approximately 5500 words in 2-column format, with pictures and charts, diagrams) and must comply with the IEEE rules for style by using the corresponding and updated version of the IEEE template for conference proceedings.The Microsoft Word and LaTeX templates are available at IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.
Only full papers submitted before the final extended deadline (February 13, 2023, March 6,2023 March 13, 2023, 23:59 CET – final extansion!!!) will be considered for review. Please note that there will be no further extension, because the organizers need to have time to prepare and proceed the paper review process.
EMC Europe 2023 contributions must be submitted only as files through the web-based on-line conference system (conftool) available at www.conftool.org/emceurope2023/.
