Sponsorship packages

It is possible to take advantage of many sponsorship opportunities. Some proposals of sponsorship packages  for EMC Europe 2023 are presented below and in the Call for Sponsors and Exhibitors flyer, but other forms of sponsorship (i.e. technical, financial, media) to promote the conference and/or increase its quality is very welcome.

12 000 € + VAT

The Diamond Sponsorship will include the followings:

  • 4 Delegate passes – 4 complimentary Regular Symposium Registration including tickets to the Symposium Cocktail and Symposium Banquet
  • Complimentary completely equipped double-standard exhibition booth (2 m by 4 m)
  • Indication “Diamond Sponsor” on badges of company representatives
  • Single page full-colour advertisement in the Symposium Final Programme
  • Acknowledgement as “Diamond Sponsor” in the Symposium Final Programme and Symposium Proceedings (on the USB memory stick), as well as on Symposium information boards
  • Acknowledgement as “Diamond Sponsor” on Symposium website with the link to the sponsor website
  • Logo of the “Diamond Sponsor” on introduction slides for the  Opening Session and other conference sessions 
  • Placing up to 4 sponsor’s own advertisements (i.e.  roll-ups, dim. 0,5m x 2 m) in the places often visited by participants 
  • Up to small 4 advertisement items, including single Company’s leaflet advertisement (up to 10 pages, up to A4 format size), which will be attached to the Conference delegate bag
  • Possibility of presentation of the company during industrial forum session (time and schedule has to be negotiated)
  • Single own visual advertisement during the cocktail and the dinner (roll-up or banner, ect.) and 5 min speech at the conference dinner (on Tuesday)

The Ruby Sponsorship will include the followings:

The Amber Sponsorship will include the followings:

  • 2 Delegate passes – 2 complimentary Regular Symposium Registration including tickets to the Symposium Cocktail and Symposium Banquet
  • Indication “Amber Sponsor” on badges of company representatives
  • Single page full-colour advertisement in the Symposium Final Programme
  • Acknowledgement as “Amber Sponsor” in the Symposium Final Programme and Symposium Proceedings (on the USB memory stick), as well as on Symposium information boards
  • Acknowledgement as “Amber Sponsor” on Symposium website with the link to the sponsor website

The sponsorship will include the followings:

Sponsorship Add-on

Conference badge lanyards (only one available) – 1500 € + VAT

Lanyards with name and logo of the conference and Sponsoring Company will be provided by the sponsor and given to all participants to attach to participant badges.

Conference delegate bags (only one available) – 2000 € + VAT

Welcome drink at conference dinner (only one available) – 2000 € + VAT

Welcome drink at conference cocktail (only one available) – 2000 € + VAT

Coffee break (for one half day, 10 available) 1000 € + VAT

Conference documentation USB memory stick (only one available) – 2000 € + VAT

Additional advertisement item attached to the Conference delegate bag – 850 € + VAT

Other types of sponsorship

Any other types of sponsorship are possible as sponsorship of the Conference Cocktail and/or the Banquet as well as additional services and changes of sponsorship are welcome, but have to be negotiated with the organizers.
