Exhibitor registration and payment will be available from February, 2023. 

The Purchaser (called also Client) placing an order for conference services, offered in the Internet service, is required to fill out the on-line EXHIBITOR’S REGISTRATION FORM, select the offered package of services. In case an invoice is required, the Purchaser obligatorily gives all the necessary information which are required to write the invoice. Before submitting, the Purchaser must accept the terms given in the document Terms and conditions.

After placing the Order, the Purchaser has to download the document generated in .pdf format with summary of placing the order including the selected package and the price. The document also will be sent to the Purchaser’s “Contact person” email address. Upon sending the confirmation message from by Organizer, it is considered that the agreement between the Purchaser and the Organizer was concluded. Confirmation time – up to three working days.

Exhibitor’s registration and booth’s booking is reserved for seven days and is confirmed when the full payment is received. In the absence of receipt of funds within the specified period, the order is cancelled and the reservation released.

The only accepted payment method for purchasing exhibition space and/or accompanying services is the bank transfer.

The Organizer bears no responsibility if the Purchaser supplies false or misleading information, if the Purchaser cannot use the Internet Service or any part thereof as a result of using the wrong browser or incorrect configuration of software or hardware. The Organizer also does not warrant that the use of the Service will be possible using the full range of each hardware and software configuration.

Cancellation terms and conditions

The Purchaser can change or cancel the placed Order only until its approval. Changing or canceling Orders which were already sent, requires notifying the EMC Europe 2023 Exhibition Chair by e-mail: exhibition@emceurope2023.org. Please include your order number (provided in the email message and on the form) and company name in the message, as well as the information needed to complete the return.

Purchasers who have concluded a distance or off-premises contract have the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days.

Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation (after 14 days mentioned above) is provided in following cases:

  • cancellation done before May 30, 2023: 80% of payment,
  • cancellation before July 31, 2023: 50% of payment,
  • cancellation after August 1, 2023: refunding will not be proceeded.

Payment method

Payment can be made as a bank transfer.

For Purchasers settling their accounts in Poland, the relevant Vat rates are included in the EXHIBITOR’S REGISTRATION FORM.

The date of crediting the Organizer’s bank account will be recognized as the date of payment.
